As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the Label Kara pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). We do issue a credit note for our customers, only when desired size of the product is not in stock.
If the product is eligible for size exchange, you may call on our customer care number at 8851160414 or write to us at email@example.com strictly within 48 hours of delivery to request exchange for exchange.
Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Label Kara will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
Pickup for the Exchange request will be done from our side, the customer needs to handover all the contents of the product with the tags to the delivery agent assigned,
We do only size exchange once for all orders, items once sold are not taken back.
Purchase made During SALE are Not eligible for any kind of Return or exchange.
Exchange can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
The customer can order any other product, once we have received back the exchanged product , on receiving the product we will sent you a voucher code you can use that and make the order again, there is no restriction on the orders you can select from the entire range which is available on the website.
Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed, when you mail us for the exchange of the product.
The exchange raised, does not imply any further shipping charges from the customer, yet if the exchange product is also not suited well and you wish to re-exchange it again then the second round of shipment charges will be given by the customer.
