SHIPPING POLICY

 To make our customer shopping experience a fun and hassle free one, we provide our own shipping services, Label Kara helps the customer to just place an order with their relevant shipping details and we provide the ship – go services till the door of the customer.

Usually, the shipments are dispatched from our warehouse but we also have many shipping providers like Fedex, BlueDart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, WowExpress and more to help us ship the product to our loved customers on time.

WE USUALLY PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING SERVICES IN INDIA.

  • Product will be shipped in 48hours of the order placed.
  • Prepaid express shipping usually takes 3 business days where as COD express shipping usually takes 6-7 business days.
  • We normally take 10-15 days to ship international orders
  • We have worldwide shipping along with a currency convertor on our website, the customer must add the product in cart and it will automatically calculate the shipping charges depending on weight of products and area of delivery.
  • We offer weight based shipping rule, on the bulk orders category ( mainly wholesale) and on international orders depending on the area pin-code.

THE FREE SHIPPING SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN INDIA, FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS IT WILL BE CHARGED BY THE CUSTOMER AS PER THE PINCODE ENTERED.

  • For a better shopping experience, we have offered both COD ( Cash On Delivery ) and Online Payment Mode for our customers.
  • Once you placed an order, a check out page will be open asking for payment , kindly select the desired payment method which suits you filling all the correct and valid details for your shipment , so that we make the best efforts to make the product deliver to your faster.
  • Once you place an order, and there has been an issue with the product you can always request for an exchange for the same , no extra charges are laid on it.
  • If the exchange product is still not as per your expectation and you wish to re-exchange it again then the second round shipping charges will be given by the customer.
  • Complimentary Gifts and Vouchers are given , if you purchase anything above RS. 3000/-
  • We will try our best to get your products delivered on time, yet if the package has not reached to you within time then you can write to us on sales@labelkara.com with the order number and we will try our best to solve the issue.
  • Once we ship your order, you will get a confirmation mail from our side, and you can track your order with the tracking number and the delivery agent assigned on the respective logistics website
  • COD option is only available in INDIA.
  • We request our customer to place order before hand once the festive season starts so that no order is delayed, as due to festive spree the shipment can be delayed as we use a third-party shipment facility
  • Also, public holidays can also cause a delay shipment , which is restricted and we can not help in this scenario.

 

Cancellation by Label Kara

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Label Kara and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.
